Tormented by limiting beliefs accumulated early in life, I went to see Alan to clear out "the garbage" using his process of Basic Accelerated Awareness Training.  I am not sure what he did, nor how he did it … all I know is that relief was immediate and complete. Finally free, I saw that limited thinking had manifested a limited life …and with that old rulebook thrown out, I was now going to truly direct my own life. So the questions consistently posed to me are: "What do you want?" and "When do you want it?"
 
During sessions of Advanced Accelerated Awareness Training Alan introduced me to my guides who I learned are constantly sending my “nudges” throughout the day. I had always been aware of, or, at least suspected a presence, but now the communication channel is clearly established and wide open. Alan is helping me perfect the communication (with myself and my guides) toward manifesting what I truly want out of life. I have found one thing to be absolutely clear and consistent… when I am allowing the communication and act on these "nudges," things either manifest right then and there, or, I move closer to full manifestation.
 
Sometimes the manifestations happen within 5 minutes of my identifying my desire --which to me is nothing short of mind-blowing. Sometimes things take an hour or two. Sometimes the universe has to go through its gyrations of working "stuff" out and things take a little longer. As I have told Alan, "This is CRAZY FUN." I am elated with the entire concept and the fun it brings to my life. I am thoroughly enjoying the art of harnessing my energy and directing my thoughts for constant, open communication. In the meantime I live life with a sense of adventure, passion, and limitless potential.
