What’s Next in Your Life?
 As the global energy continues to shift some people are still feeling limited and in resistance to making decisions.

Spiritual Adventure
We are going on a spiritual adventure to Colorado in October to expand our consciousness to move past the current global energy which is giving people the opportunity to hold onto resistance and retreat!
 I have described this adventure as a Retreat for years, but I have to say the energy has shifted along with the perception of how it should be described. I now need to describe this experience in a whole different way. Rather than describe it as a retreat, I have to describe it as a phenomenal experience of growth and expansion!
This is a unique opportunity to have a life changing, expansive conscious experience, with an amazing group of supportive people. You can hike in the mountains, sit by the waterfalls or just rest on the deck looking out over the valley.

I am a Psychotherapist practicing in both Topsfield and Brookline, MA. I work with adults and children, in individual, couples', family and group sessions on a broad range of issues, including depression, anxieties, children's issues and relationship development.
