 Resistance is the Energy of the Moment!
Are you feeling like you are having a hard time? Do you feel that you are not in control of what is happening around you? As the consciousness of the planet continues to shift and evolve we wake up each day with another new opportunity to create anything we choose. Due to the affect of the global energy at the present time, most people seem to allow themselves to sit back with the thought that they will wait and see what happens. They are stalled in a kind of "waiting mode" hoping that something will shift and change.
As this new evolutionary consciousness continues to expand on its present path, the question you have to ask yourself as you make decisions and life choices is, "What am I waiting for?"
We will not be returning to the energy that we have experienced in the past years. We will not recycle the old energy as we have done so many times before. This new energy and consciousness offers us a new opportunity for growth and expansion within our own personal life, business life and spiritual life. To take advantage and utilize this energy you must make choices now that are appropriate for this moment.
Some folks that I have spoken with continually look at what they do not have, or what they are not creating in this moment and they resist moving forward thinking that something or someone will show up to guide them towards a new direction. (Again notice that they are in that same "waiting mode.")
We have all read the bumper sticker that says "We are spiritual beings having a human experience," yet most people still do not believe it.
The reason you are here at this most amazing time in our evolutionary history, is to offer yourself, as a divine being, the greatest experience of spiritual growth possible for your soul's development.
So consider what you are presently doing in every part of your life and ask yourself if these choices are in alignment with your highest and best experience. Recognize your resistance if you are in a holding or waiting pattern. Or if you are consistently telling yourself that you will wait to see what happens next as a way of holding yourself back. It's time to make choices, right now, that will move you forward to the greatest life experience that you can have. Soon you will look back and say to yourself with a laugh, "What was I waiting for? I should have done this years ago!"

It is so easy to dump the old patterns and beliefs that are no longer in alignment with who you are right now! The interesting part of the process is after you have dumped the old garbage. Some people feel at that point that they are finished. DONE! Yet the truth is that the creation of a new reality has just begun.
In working with clients for many years I have been shown over and over again, that each of us as an individual has to find our own truth from within. But how do you access that truth and how do you know that you are making the correct choices? After you have cleared the slate of all the old stuff, you then need to allow yourself to realize that you can now create anything that you choose to create. You do not have to search out and find more tools to get you to the next level. (That's just another old pattern!) You already have, built in, factory installed, all the necessary energy and information to create what you need, want and desire.
There are so many tools available to give you warm fuzzy feelings in that moment, but what are you doing that will stand the test of time? What have you created as a support system in your life that will help you strengthen your divine energetic connection that is so necessary to move forward on your spiritual path?
I have watched so many people over the years struggle with patterns on their own, without support and try to fix them by going from one tool to another. Hoping that maybe they will find the tool that will ease the pain and once and for all make the problem go away.
Another popular method is to hold in your consciousness that after you release (fill in the blank) ______________ that you will be done. Yet that becomes the new pattern. Some people continue to release old stuff, create more, then release more, then create more...it can go on forever.
So if you are truly ready to allow yourself to move to another level of conscious awareness, you will first need to create a non ego based, non judgmental support system. Then you will need to make the commitment to yourself to utilize the system and get the most out of it.

Denise Jacobson, a Diamond Member of the Ancient Wisdom Spiritual Resource Center, has expanded the vision of her artwork with a wonderful physical demonstration. She has created a new art gallery to showcase her own amazing artwork along with other local artists.
Her new gallery is located at 101 East Main Street, Merrimac MA, 01860. (Rte 110 next to the Common Grounds Coffee Shop).
