Are You Feeling Stuck?
 In speaking with clients over the last few weeks, a definite pattern in the conversations has emerged. As the global energy continues to shift a lot of personal emotions are coming up to the surface of our conscious awareness. Many people are expressing feelings of being overwhelmed, nervous, anxious and uncomfortable about usual everyday activities. Some have said that they feel physically as if everything is moving very slowly. Along with that "wait and see" kind of energy, which allows people to put off making decisions, many people have kept asking why they feel like sleeping all the time.
After hearing these patterns from many people, it is obvious that the emotions that are coming to the surface are not being created by the individual for a particular lesson or experience. Yet as these emotions continue to bubble up to the surface of our consciousness, most everyone describes their personal emotional feelings in a very self judgmental way. Please DO NOT judge yourself or allow these feelings to create more stress in your life.
Once you recognize that the emotions and feelings that are coming up are not self created and they are not created to limit your life experience, you can easily choose to move ahead without feeling anxious and without the illusion of limitation.
It is so easy for us, part of our human condition, to automatically go into self judgment if things are not falling into place easily. We always seem to blame ourselves. It's an immediate physical response to this energy and it creates a physical experience similar to a holding pattern.
Now that you know how to identify the pattern it is easy to release it. Replace the nervous, anxious and "wait and see" energetic patterns with new patterns that are in alignment with what you want, need and desire.
It is really simple to step out of self judgment and to choose not to buy into energy that does not support who you truly are as a divine being.
So realize that the energy that you are feeling is not personalized to "YOU" and that you can make better choices to live life without stress, without self judgment and really enjoy every moment.

My vision of the Ancient Wisdom Spiritual Resource Center LLC, has always been of a sacred space, a high energy vortex, where each person can connect with their own divinity and find, from within, their own true spiritual path.
The physical part of this vision includes comfortable offices for private client sessions, a large workshop space, a retail spiritual bookstore, a cafe, a wellness center and a mystery school. All of this would be situated in a quiet wooded setting away from, but conveniently accessible, to a major highway.
My personal path, at first, was pretty conventional with college and the corporate world with its 80 hour weeks. After many years of dissatisfaction I dropped out.
I returned to school, graduated and then began to see clients. I provided energy/bodywork services and personalized energetic sessions from my home. Working with individual clients led me to offering workshops from New England to California to reach a greater audience.
My conscious vision of a future center was still in mind as I moved my practice from my house to my first office in Danvers.
It's now time to move to a larger space, right in town, just a few miles from the present Ancient Wisdom location. This is the next step along the path to the complete vision I hold. During the month of October the new office suite is being prepared. The space presently consists of seven offices. Renovations will include painting, carpeting and the removal of a wall to expand two offices into one large workshop space.
After completion the new Ancient Wisdom Spiritual Resource Center LLC location will offer a reception area, a retail space for the Ancient Wisdom Spiritual Book & Gift Shop, three practitioner offices, a workshop space and a large current events/brochure area.
The new event calendar will be full of workshops, gatherings, special events, the retail store will offer a hand picked selection of books, CDs, DVDs, specialty high energy products, crystals, gemstones and both visiting and in resident practitioners will offer various forms of high frequency energy work.
During the transition from our present office to our new location all sessions scheduled during October will continue at our present location. The final renovation and relocation will be complete by November first.
